Any extra income we make after running the building, go towards our charitable services, including subsidised support for new start-ups. We have a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are here to help you. We also offer at least 25% of our workspace to new, local start-ups who are ready for space to test and start up a business. We will provide full support from a dedicated Enterprise Adviser. We offer discounts of up to 75% for 6 months for brand new local start-ups.

We support budding entrepreneurs from the ideas stage to actually planning and running a successful business. We have a team of expert Business Advisors to help you make the vital moves towards business success.
Following in the steps of the iconic South Kilburn Studios, The Granville aims to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit that resides in South Kilburn. We work with all types of businesses including start-ups and established business to develop and streamline operations, we can even help you to write your business plan.
We also run successful business based workshops and events throughout the year.

South Kilburn Saturday Walking Group
The South Kilburn walking group is a perfect example of what the community can achieve when it comes together. Since it started, the walking group has brought people across the community from different walks of life together. The group meets every Saturday for a leisurely walk and light exercise in the local area and also meet up regularly for social activities. Join the walking group to meet new people, have fun and get fit and step up your fitness. All ages and abilities welcome!

The South Kilburn Older People’s Project (SKOPP) is a lively group for the elderly members of the community. Every week SKOPP serves up a tasty three course meal, followed by some Bingo and socialising. They also go on trips throughout the year and actively participate in the South Kilburn Family Fun Day.
The group are very warm and welcoming and you’ll never run out of things to do. A contribution of £4 is required towards the meal and other activities are usually free.
When: Every Monday from 11am – 4pm.
